Ray Besch


Ray Besch serves as Chief Operating Officer for Real Life Financial Network, LLC, Senior Vice President for Real Life Management, Inc. and is a licensed insurance and financial services entrepreneur, sales, marketing and management consultant, speaker and trainer. He has been in the insurance industry for the past 22 years and began his career in 1989 with the Third Largest Property and Casualty Insurance Company in the United States. In 2000 Mr. Besch added a financial services division to his business operations. After 18 years in the property/casualty and life/health multi-line insurance industry Mr. Besch accepted a position as Regional Area Director with a Life/Health Insurance Carrier to build five scratch branch operations in Kentucky and Tennessee. In 2009 he was brought on board to spearhead rapid, profitable growth for a new property / casualty venture in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. He created and executed strategic growth plans, developed a strong management and support team, acquired and integrated complementary business relationships, negotiated strategic alliances, and drove sales/business development throughout the defined territory.

He is also President and founder of Besch and Associates, Inc. a sales, marketing, recruiting, training and consultant company. Over the past 15 years Mr. Besch has conducted and trained in "The Ultimate Referral System", "Health and Wealth 101 / Real Life Management", "The Ten Steps to Financial Fitness" and "Owning and Managing a Successful Insurance Agency" across the Southeast and Northeast. He obtained his LUTCF designation in 1995 and his CIC designation in 2001. Mr. Besch is a past LUTCF moderator for the local association of Life Underwriters and has served as committee chair for multi-line membership with NALU and community event coordinator for the local Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Besch is a past coach, treasurer and President for the Williamson County Athletic Youth Association. He currently lives in Franklin, TN with his wife, Beth and their two sons, Chris and Reid. He moved to Nashville in 1980 from Frankfurt Germany, where he finished his B.S. degree in Business Management at Lipscomb University.
